How do I report an issue?

If you have an issue with a product you received from us, we want to have the opportunity to make it right. Currently, we are drop shipping our products directly form the printer, so if there is a printing issue we won’t know unless you let us know. Quality is very important to us so please send an email to kristen@mintpacific.com with any issues.

What are the gift wrap options?

If you’d like to send a gift wrapped item, please select this option at checkout. Our giftwrapped items are shipped in a white box with Mint Journal Branding, and the products are wrapped in tissue paper and include a handwritten note with your message.
